Romeo & Juliet takes the stage again at Lincoln Center
In association with Folger Shakespeare Library in our nation's capital, GRAVEDIGGER'S TALE is a brand new interactive theater piece, commissioned to travel nationwide in 2016 to help celebrate the 400th anniversary of the death of William Shakespeare.
Adapted by Robert Richmond and Louis Butelli, the show will travel to theaters, museums, libraries and community centers in all 50 states alongside the Folger's exhibition, "FIRST FOLIO: The Book That Gave Us Shakespeare."
Richmond directs, Butelli stars.
CONNECT. INVESTIGATE. CREATE.
After a successful run of our Romeo and Juliet adaptation, we're excited to announce that we'll be bringing it back to Lincoln center for another season.
